We help UVA student-athletes capitalize on their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) but more importantly, their BRAND for lifetime success.
We offer brand development training for the whole person, not just the short-term NIL Marketplace. Our long-term support consists of
Community Activism, Marketplace Education, Career Development,
and Professional Networking.
By signing up with Cav Futures, a student-athlete indicates that he or she is interested in participating in NIL opportunities that will be arranged and facilitated by Cav Futures. There is no fee to sign up. Please remember that Cav Futures is committed to serve UVA athletes across all sports.

We welcome any business that may be interested in working with Cavalier athletes. The staff at Cav Futures will connect an interested party with UVA student-athletes, provide marketing, promotional and logistical support and ensure compliance with NCAA and UVA guidelines.
Cav Futures expects there will be a wide variety of NIL opportunities available for Cavalier athletes, including personal appearances, meet and greets, social media promotions, autograph sessions, media interviews and on and on.
Since July 2021, the NCAA has allowed college athletes to benefit from their name, image, and likeness in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. Federal NIL legislation has been introduced but not yet passed by Congress. UVA and its athletic department staffers are barred from creating NIL opportunities for Cavalier athletes or facilitating them. This is where Cav Futures will step in and do what the University or any of its affiliates is not allowed to do.
Yes. However, in those cases, Cav Futures cannot help the athlete assure that the proper rules and policies will be followed.
CavFutures offers a subscription service called CavClub, which provides exclusive access to events, student-athlete content and more. CavClub is a great way for UVA fans to support the NIL efforts at the University of Virginia.
